Why we exist

I need access to BugClass Lessons-Learned Database without rebuilding the collection pipeline myself. The existing solutions price for the wrong assumptions, lock you into proprietary formats, or just don't ship the integration you need.

Team

A small team (founder + Claude). We're lean by design. The advantage: every customer talks to someone who can change the product. The trade-off: we don't have a 24/7 customer success org. We do respond within 1 business day, and we're transparent about what's on the roadmap.

BugClass Lessons-Learned Database ("we", "us"), a product of Elite AI Empire operated by Elite Agentic Solutions LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

If you create an account, join a waitlist, or purchase a paid plan, we collect your email and, for paid plans, billing details (payment-card data is handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers). When you use the API or product we process the inputs and requests you send in order to return results.

2. How We Use It

To provide and operate BugClass Lessons-Learned Database, process payments, send transactional and service email, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, our email provider for transactional mail, and infrastructure providers). We do not share or sell data for advertising.

4. Your Rights (CCPA/GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of sale/sharing of your personal information (we do not sell). Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for as long as required by law, then deleted on request. API request payloads are retained only as needed to operate and debug the service.
